Nutrient Rich Feasting
A Guide To Nourish Your Body
What makes a food nutrient rich?
Most foods that are nutrient rich are low in calories and rich in vitamins and minerals providing the body with the essential micronutrients and macronutrients.
The body can’t make a sufficient quantity of essential nutrients on its own. These nutrients must come from the food we eat. Getting these essential nutrients into the body is vital for disease prevention, growth, and good health.
Macronutrients are the primary building blocks for protein, carbohydrates, and fat. Vitamins and minerals are micronutrients. Micronutrients and macronutrients are vital for your body to function normally and stay healthy.
Feeding the body foods rich in the nutrients it needs to function leads to a healthy body able to fight disease and stay healthy.
We can eat foods that are void of nutrients and get away with it for a while. But as the body gets less of what it needs, sooner or later it shows up as a disease in the body. Weight gain, less activity, feeling sluggish and perhaps depressed as the body is running on empty.

“After reading your rough draft, I would buy the Nutrient Rich Feasting. I enjoyed how you walked me through all the stages in your outline. Fresh versus frozen produce, organic vs local foods. cooking, storing, preparing, food delivery system, and batch cooking. There is a lot more in the book. So for me, the important thing was, you lead me to the idea it is simple enough that when implemented, I would get great health benefits from doing so. Job well done. Of course, I would want an autographed copy.” Michael
“Your book is awesome, I especially like the simplicity of it. You’ve done well my dear.” Madelyn
