A ‘How To Be Happy’ course taught by professor Tal Ben-Shahar (PhD), entered the history books as the most popular course in the history of Harvard University. This course consists of 22-75 minutes lectures. Along with guest lecture on humor, given by Shawn Achor, who also studied and taught at Harvard. The course teaches the psychological aspects of life fulfillment and flourishing, by teaching about empathy, friendship, love, achievement, creativity, spirituality, happiness, and humor.

The Greater Good Science Center studies the psychology, sociology, and neuroscience of well-being, and teaches skills that foster a thriving, resilient, and compassionate society.
